Why rice lights suck.

So some kid's doctor daddy buys him a nice VR6 Jetta... kid burns clutch up pretty quick and daddy says he will never buy another VW again. Kid wrecks and destroys car, daddy buys another VR6 Jetta (clutch holding up better on this one). Kid seems to be having a problem with his headlights though...

Hmmmm, could this be another case of ricelight burn? You bet. When I told the kid that the problem was caused by "those cheap bulbs", he says they aren't cheap bulbs, he paid $86 bucks for them... to which I continue, "those cheap bulbs, no matter what you paid, are the problem." I also mentioned how you can't see as good at night with them and that they don't make the car faster.

You can see from the pic above, the connector on the right, the brown and white wires fused together, and popped a fuse. The repair was to crimp in some new terminals the kid located somewhere.

To make sure the poor VR6 Jetta gets ruined, I got to install his "wet air" intake. This is the kind where the air filter is placed nice and low so it can soak up rain water as you drive.

The point of all this.... just because something cost a lot and you can put it on a car doesn't mean it is going to help the car.

Why should you send a postcard? Because it is cheap to do and as we all know, the US Post Office is funding it's Super Muntant Army Project with fees from postcards stamps. I would really like to see a Super Muntant Army deliever my mail in the near future.
Thank you.
